These sensors are all based on our own high activity platinum black catalyst and are in daily use worldwide, principally by police for screening and evidential purposes, but increasingly by other authorities.
We now offer an environmental alcohol sensor for alcohol vapours, based on the same successful technology, Sensitive to methanol – ethanol – propanols – butanols etc.
Please note that this sensor is not suitable for use in breath alcohol detection.
